Every package includes sending e-invoices, checking and posting source documents, recording purchase and sales invoices, receipts and payments, cash and card transactions, and preparing business trip expense reports. Work above package limits and additional tasks are agreed separately.

How much does accounting cost?
Monthly packages start at €75 plus VAT. The price depends on document volume, employees and additional work. We confirm a quote suited to your business before starting.
Can I switch from my current accountant?
Yes. We agree the handover period, required records and access permissions. We review opening balances and clarify who files the returns during the transition.
Do I need to bring documents in person?
We can work digitally. We agree a document-sharing process and a way to resolve questions that suits your business. We work with clients in Tallinn and across Estonia.
Is the annual report included in the monthly fee?
Annual reports are priced separately unless your quote states otherwise. Micro-enterprise reports start at €75 and small-enterprise reports at €150, plus VAT.
Which languages can we use?
We communicate in Estonian and English, including with international founders running an Estonian company.
